Correla are looking for a Strategic Accounts Executive to join our Sales and Marketing division. This role will carry responsibility for positioning and selling Correla’s SaaS propositions, achieving new business revenue targets against a defined set of objectives.

 

Salary: c£75,000

About the Role

  • Generate new SaaS revenue primarily from a defined set of accounts / territory primarily within energy & utilities, financial services and public sector marketplaces
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through to successful contract negotiations for assigned opportunities
  • Research and prepare new business strategy for assigned accounts / territory / value proposition in line with corporate objectives
  • Contribute to the research, planning and implementation of new target market sales initiatives
  • Identify compelling value propositions that address industry needs by demonstrating an understanding of the customer, industry and relevant technology solutions
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with a range of key stakeholders across target organisations demonstrating a strong understanding of their business goals and challenges
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with internal stakeholders to update on current position vs account plan
  • Work seamlessly with product teams to align solutions to the industry / customers business priorities & challenges to ensure successful customer outcomes and value realization
  • Manage & grow assigned customer accounts (as required) by identifying cross & up-sell opportunities
  • Act as brand ambassador and voice of the customer, feeding back into to the R&D product roadmap

About you

 

  • Strong pipeline management skills maintaining a robust pipeline aligned to product roadmaps with ability to forecast accurately to the Board
  • Can manage complex enterprise deal cycles, working collaboratively with numerous internal and external stakeholders, to develop solutions that meet industry / customer needs
  • Experience uncovering and understanding customers’ strategic goals and business objectives based on thorough customer discovery in order to understand the impact and priority of business challenges.
  • Can engage with C-suite, business and technology communities to win new business, grow existing accounts and develop reference sites
  • Experience with territory & key account planning to win new logos
  • Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills to manage and drive opportunities internally and externally
  • Strong negotiation skills and can lead commercial discussions to ensure a win-win for all parties.
