    ​I love working at Correla for several reasons: we have a great office in the centre of Solihull with spaces for collaborating, meeting and focusing; we can work from home with flexible hours; the holidays are uncapped; there is excellent wellbeing support including financial, physical and mental wellbeing services and counselling services; there is no annual appraisal or performance reviews – we have Objectives and Key Results that are discussed and regularly monitored; we have 26 weeks paid genderless parent leave and the pay is competitive with bonuses, and we have a generous pension scheme.

    ​Having worked for Correla for just over three months, I joined the company with very high expectations in regards to what I’d heard around their approach to people and the culture of the organisation.  Whilst it is still very early days, I’ve been hugely impressed that I’ve been able to see on a day to day basis the sentiment and words enacted in a variety of interactions I’ve had at every level within the Business.  We don't allow processes to get in the way of doing the right thing for our people or customers and it’s been refreshing to see acting in an agile way as we pivot the business to become more commercial in nature.
