Correla are looking for a Transformation Process Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
- Continuous Improvement: implement operational excellence activities, aligned to the transformation plan across the business to engage all in improving our customer promise in everything we do
- Reporting: reporting on the ‘measures that matter’ to both understand transformation progress, but also the improved outcomes for customers
- Coaching: Working closely with our people to embed lean methodologies and techniques, teaching and showing the way to our teams with real life experience bringing tools to life
- Event Lead: leading events linked to wider transformation activity, including Value Stream Analysis, Rapid Improvement Kaizen and Lean Flow Cell Implementation which will enable us to deliver an effective programme of work across the business and improve our value-add activities, maximise efficiency and delight our customers
About You
Lean LCS/Six Sigma – you have considerable and practical real-life experiences of rolling out tools such as VSA, A3 thinking, RIE/Kaizen, RCA and VOC and can bring to life tangible examples of process improvement and associated benefits realised from transformation/performance excellence projects you have led or worked on.
Operational Excellence – understand and able to use best practice tools and methods such as QCDEF to deliver transformation and business process improvements, reducing non-value effort across all teams.
Problem Solving - you are comfortable with immersing yourself and leading on problem solving activity with practical experience of tools such as Pareto, Fishbone and 5-Whys to identify the root causes of problems and how our improvement approaches and tools can improve current state.
Stakeholder communications – you are capable at working with people of all levels within a business and are able to
simplify the use of lean methods which engage and influence our people
