Correla are looking for a Head of Research & Market Insights to join our SaaS area of the business.

 

Salary: c£75,000 

Role Type: 12 month Maternity Cover

About the Role

  • You will work closely with Senior Leadership teams to understand research needs, developing and implementing market research and go to market strategies that support long-term business goals. 
  • You will lead market research interviews, identifying customer pain points, and testing product concepts, value propositions, and pricing strategies. 
  • You will conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies, keeping up to date with policy changes, and identifying market opportunities. 
  • You will foster collaboration across functional teams (Product, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to ensure that market insights are integrated into strategic planning and decision-making processes. 
  • You will design and lead comprehensive research programmes and projects that align with the company’s strategic priorities.

About you

  • You will have experience in market research, strategy, or business innovation, with a leadership background in managing teams and large-scale research initiatives. 
  • You will have experience coordinating and overseeing project activities, timelines, and resources 
  • You will have demonstrated expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, as well as experience in conducting and leading market research projects. 
  • You will have experience in developing and implementing research strategies that align with broader business goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • You will have proven experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring talent, and collaborating with senior executives to drive business outcomes.
