Correla are looking for a ServiceNow Lead Developer to join our business.

About the Role
- You will ensure all requirements are clear and aligned to the systems capability.
- You will be enabling pace of delivery alongside quality of output.
- You will ensure that all processes add value and reduce waste.
- You will drive down the number of touch points, increase human productivity and drive right first-time behaviours.
- You will be comfortable being able to translate technical speak into clear business language.
About you
- You must have held a similar role working with ServiceNow in a BPO environment and be able to demonstrate experience and thorough understanding of a wide range of ServiceNow functions.
- You can demonstrate appropriate ServiceNow qualifications such as ServiceNow CSA,CSI.
- You will have demonstrable experience of ServiceNow API integration such as REST/SOAP enabling 3rd party systems connectivity.
- You will have experience with ServiceNow Discovery, service mapping and orchestration capabilities.
- You have experience designing and building the ServiceNow solutions that addresses the business needs of the stakeholders.
- You will ideally have a background in a BPO or Service Management environment.
