About the Role
Responsible for delivery of effective and visible leadership to the Cybersecurity team
Ensure the effective monitoring, detection, response and mitigation of cybersecurity threats
On-going maintenance of operational resilience in-line with corporate objectives
Embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring 'best practice' to minimise impact and rapid resolution of cybersecurity incidents
To build and maintain effective stakeholder internal and external relationships across the wider business
About You
Ability to evidence an in-depth understanding of security principles, standards and frameworks
First-hand experience in delivering Cybersecurity resilience through effective team leadership
Working towards a relevant technical qualification preferred (e.g. GSOM, CISSP, CISM, SSCP, CISA)
