Correla are looking for a Change Delivery Manager to join the team.
Salary: Up to £70k dependent on skills and experience

About the Role
- You will manage risks, issues and opportunities such that customers are not impacted and our reputation is not affected
- You will manage and control multi-project financial budgets and forecasts so that these can be relied on for company financial accounting
- You will be ensuring the team are motivated and learning new skills to enhance their role and support their career path

You will be able to manage multiple projects across a range of applications
You will act as a role model to ensure the right behaviours are adopted across the team
you will be able to support and lead people so that their roles are enriched, they feel developed, and in order to retain and develop their teams.
